Yes, things are bad all around us. The unemployment rate is high. We are in one of the most bizarre election years ever. Portland is a disaster, and people are acting crazy. While all of that may be true, there’s a whole lot to laugh at.
I’m dedicating this newsletter to funny videos, tweets, and other news stories that hopefully will make you chuckle.
Enjoy!

This is just the tip of the iceberg. I have dozens of stories, videos, and tweets to share. I might make this a regular thing.
Thanks for reading Think Things Through. Over the next few months, I’ll be publishing more content regularly. There will be posts soon for paid subscribers only.
If you are enjoying what you are reading, feel free to forward this to your social media accounts. Also, don’t hesitate to write a comment. I always appreciate reader feedback.
I launched Thing Things Through in April of 2020 because I felt it was necessary to challenge what I saw in the news and social media posts.
I discovered the Socratic method many years ago and found it fascinating. When you start asking people questions and digging deeper into what people are feeling and thinking, they tend to either feel cornered or threatened - or realize what they were thinking didn’t make sense after all.
With this newsletter, I share some of my thoughts on current events, the arts, new ideas, and social trends. I’ll dig deep into what’s going on around us and ask questions to get you thinking a little differently. When you become a paid subscriber to my newsletter, you’ll receive entertaining, enlightening, and thought-provoking writing.
Hopefully, I’ll make my readers a little more knowledgeable and intellectually curious.
Have a great day!
